High-speed pressure cooking preserves flavors and nutrients, tenderizes less expensive cuts of meat, and cooks up to 70% faster than ordinary cooking methods, saving both time and money. A special rack is included to use when cooking several foods at once without intermingling flavors. Remove the PFAS-free ceramic nonstick pot for easy cleaning. The Electric Pressure Cooker Plus features 19 programmed settings, including 12 pressure cooking presets, and additional settings for manual programming. All-digital controls and an LED display help set and show the remaining cooking time while in use. It automatically maintains the proper internal pressure, then reduces the pressure naturally and switches to the keep warm function when cooking time is complete. Or, you can manually activate the valve lever for quick pressure release. Cook confidently with eight built-in safety features, including a cover locking system that only allows pressure to build while the cover is securely closed and prevents the cover from being opened until pressure is safely reduced.
